Has my order shipped?

It will take between 4-7 business days for your custom doors to be manufactured. To check if your order has shipped go to My Account > Orders.

How do I track my order?

Go to My Account > Orders to track your order

An item is missing:

Go to My Account > Orders to see if all of your items have been delivered. If all of your items of the shipment have been delivered but some items are missing then you should Contact Us for assistance. Your order will generally be shipped together and arrive on the same day.

How do I cancel my order?

Our quick turnaround is extremely quick and we strive to get your doors made extremely fast. Since our products are completely customized, we cannot cancel orders once the doors have been processed. We give up to 1 hour for customers to cancel their orders for whatever reason so that we can start production right away. You can Contact Us by any means so that we can cancel your order before production begins. We will always check and make sure that we have not been contacted by any means before we start production.
