Shipping FAQ
How are my orders shipped?
Because of the great variation in sizes of our products, how we pack and ship products vary based on size and quantity of the doors. All of your doors and packaged securely so that no damage should occur. Your doors would then be delivered to you via UPS. Most likely, they would arrive in boxes.
How long should I expect my order to be ready?
Most orders will take 4-7 business days to be complete. Orders placed after 3pm EST will begin production the following business day and we do not manufacture on weekend. After that you may select the shipping option that you have selected. The shipping time refers to how long it will take the order to ship once the order has been shipped. Refer to the diagram to see how long you can expect to wait for you doors if you have chosen Ground Shipping.
Why aren’t shipping costs exact?
Our products vary greatly and length, volume, weight and locations are factors that affect shipping costs. Our shipping prices are as close to what actual shipping costs would actually be based on the products you have added to your cart.
What is the refund policy?
We provide refunds based on errors that we have made as well as any damaged products. We cannot provide refunds based on inaccurate measurements by the customer or a change of heart once the product has been delivered. We greatly appreciate any feedback we receive from any order.
I live in another country:
Unfortunately we currently only ship to the United States of America and only accept American Dollars at this time.
I live in Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico:
Aside from fast air shipping, we rely mainly on ground shipping to our customers and will not be shipping out of the 48 Continental United States and Washington DC at this time.
Can I pick up my order?
You may select the option to pick up your order locally. Our factory is located in Hicksville, NY on Long Island and choosing to pick up your order will eliminate shipping costs. We will inform you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please be prepared to have adequate room for big boxes.
