Changes and Modifications to the order:

CHANGES MAY NOT BE MADE ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN AN HOUR. AFTER ONE HOUR OF THE ORDER BEING PLACED, WE CANNOT CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. AFTER ONE HOUR OF THE ORDER BEING PLACED, IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ALL MEASUREMENTS, STYLES, SPECIES, ARE FINAL WHEN THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC offers the best made doors in the United States with the fastest turnaround time because we have a highly efficient order and manufacturing process. This is the reason that our process is not flexible. Once an order is complete, it is processed within one hour, and production of orders begin almost immediately after they are submitted. Once an order has been processed, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or added to. New orders cannot be combined with old orders in order to save on shipping costs.

In some cases, JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC will be able to make small changes to an order submitted via the website as long as order production has not begun and as long as the small change does not change the total order price. Major changes once production has begun are strictly forbidden. All changes made after the order is submitted by the customer are not guaranteed and therefore remakes and financial compensation will not be allowed for any issues results from a change to the order.

Please ensure that all measurements of an order are entered correctly and that you are confident in the details of your order. Please check sizes and specifications carefully as this is your confirmation of the order. We would like to ensure that you receive your order correctly and therefore ask that you look carefully and correct any mistakes before placing your order as after the order is placed, incorrect inputs become your responsibility. WARRANTY

Refund/Return Policy:

JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC does not accept returns on custom doors and drawer fronts due to customer errors (the buyer will receive exactly what was ordered) because these products cannot be resold. Returns are accepted at the fault of JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC due to errors associated with the production of the product.

Products must be inspected upon receipt. JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC sells UNFINISHED wood products across the nation. Once our products are received, it is not possible for us to monitor the conditions under which they are kept. Claims on any order or material discrepancies must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the order prior to hinging, hanging, or finishing.

Doors will not be accepted for return without prior written approval. In the rare event that a damaged product is shipped, claims must be made through email with clear pictures indicating the issues including an explanation and request for replacement. Product pictures will be inspected by JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC to identify if the item qualifies for a refund or exchange. Any item that has been hinged, hung, or finished, shows signs of exposure to moisture, heat or sun, shows signs of job site neglect or is modified in any way will be deemed accepted by the buyer and voids the warranty. If it deemed to be a manufacturing error, the product will be refunded or exchanged, and shipping fees will be reimbursed.

In the event that a mistake has been made to your order, JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC will do all that it can to correct the mistake which may cause delays to the order and the Buyer’s project. JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC will not be held responsible for any delays or subsequent damages as a result of a remake, replacement, or problem order.

Accuracy of Dimensions:

Doors will be manufactured to the nearest 1/32nd of an inch. There is a 1/32nd tolerance for all doors and drawer fronts. Small variations in size may occur due to sanding and/or real wood expansion and contraction of lumber-based products.

Colors and Appearance:

Note that JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC cannot guarantee the way colors are displayed on your monitor or printouts from our website. JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC does not warranty that actual items will match images of unfinished doors and drawer fronts or photos of items on your monitor or printouts from our site. Keep in mind that the wood might have a small difference in appearance due to its origin, age, and nature. This may mean a small difference in hue and color of the final product.

Shortages or Discrepancies:

All shortages or discrepancies must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery and be reported via email to JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC. If the claim is submitted after the 10-business day period, no replacements or refunds will be issued. If a discrepancy is found, JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC is not responsible for indirect costs/ delays associated with damaged or missing products.

Production Schedule:

Buyers are purchasing directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, all orders placed are immediately processed and most orders will have a lead time of as little as 4-7 business days. The order will ship following this production time. Once your products are manufactured to your specifications by JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC skilled craftsmen, they are inspected and shipped.

Ordering:

All orders must be placed through www.VassiDoors.com. All orders are processed immediately upon payment. Items will be inspected at our facility before shipping for damage and quality. Our production team will begin production upon receipt of order and payment in full.

Will Call:

We offer a will call option for the convenience of our valued customers. If local pickup is chosen as the shipping method at checkout, local customers are informed once their order is ready. In which case, buyers are responsible for picking up their order from our factory and showroom located in Hicksville, NY and are responsible for having a proper method of transportation for the products. JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC will not be responsible for transporting these items if the method of transportation is not sufficient for carrying the products. (For example: if a small vehicle cannot fit the products, it is not the responsibility of JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC to aid in the transportation of them)

In addition, we will not be held responsible for any damages that occur in the transportation process after the products leave our factory. JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC will only be held responsible for errors associated with the direct production of the product.

Shipping:

We only ship to the continental 48 states. Orders will ship via UPS using either ground or freight service, depending on factors including the size of the order.

Most orders are shipped within 4-7 business days from payment receipt. All orders are shipped through UPS and are subject to UPS charges. Shipping is charged using UPS rates which take into account weight and dimensions of the products being shipped. Orders will be assessed for package materials required to ship. Orders are subject to a fuel surcharge. All orders over $1300 not including tax and shipping, will qualify for Free Ground Shipping via UPS.

Any damage to the outer package must be noted and brought to the attention of the carrier. Save all package material in case a damage claim is to be made. If you would like to file a claim, please email photos and a description of the damage to JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC. Once submitted, we will advice you as soon as possible (usually within 1 business day) of our course of action.

Delivery Service Policy

JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (i.e. blockage of usual routes of transportation, unavoidable accidents, natural disasters, power shortages, riots, etc.).

The buyer acknowledges that a variety of factors may impact and/or delay the delivery and production of the doors or items ordered. Many of them are beyond the control of JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC. The Buyer agrees not to hold JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC responsible for any delays which are beyond the company’s control. We will do our best to deliver orders within the time promised, but delays may occur for a variety of unknown reasons and circumstances.

Payment

JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC accepts Paypal and credit cards accepted through PayPal (credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.). Private label cards, such as those from department stores, will not be accepted. In addition, debit cards requiring a pin will not be accepted.

Proper precautions should be taken when storing, handling, and finishing wood products. Due to the nature of wood, changes in temperature, humidity, and other conditions may cause the contraction and expansion of the lumber-based products. Doors and drawer fronts should not be subject to abnormal heat, cold, dryness, humidity, or sudden changes of these factors. Any wood movements that occur as a result of these factors and cause twisting, warping or other damages will not be the responsibility of JP Vassi Cabinet Doors LLC.

Some suggestions about how to preserve the lumber-based products:

• To preserve and enhance the quality of the products, it is suggested that doors and drawer fronts are finished and sealed in a timely manner.
• Unfinished wood should be protected from moisture and fluctuations in temperature and humidity. They should be stored in homes with occupancy level conditions that have all windows and exterior doors in place.
• Use dust masks when working with lumber-based materials for personal protection and to avoid the inhalation of wood dust.
• Unfinished millwork should not be delivered to or ordered to a job site that is under construction and open to a variety of elements.
